Celebrating the 2011 House and Garden Tour

More than 500 visitors enjoyed the afternoon of Sunday, May 1st, exploring the oldest section of Takoma Park along Cedar and Maple Avenues. Eleven of Takoma's earliest homes were graciously opened by their owners, along with the surrounding gardens and original outbuildings that take full advantage of the deep, wide lots. It was a special day and one of the most successful tours in the 38-year tradition.
